By downloading, installing, or using Today, Just This (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is operated by Arkalogy LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a Colorado limited liability company.
Today, Just This is an adaptive daily movement companion designed for people with chronic stiffness, pain, and variability. The App generates personalized movement sessions based on how you feel each day, removing decision fatigue and providing emotionally supportive guidance.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The movement suggestions provided are general in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. You use the App and perform any movements entirely at your own risk.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.

The App offers a free tier with access to all movements, all program phases, and unlimited sessions per day. No ads, no session caps.
Premium features (cloud sync, session notes and photos, unlimited custom routines, mid-session sound control, history insights) require a paid subscription:
New subscribers may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. If not cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and limited to one trial per Apple ID.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

You retain ownership of content you create (notes, photos). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.

The App, including its design, code, content, movement descriptions, coaching text, and branding, is the property of Arkalogy LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkalogy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arkalogy LLC from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Contact us at support@arkalogy.com before pursuing legal action. Unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration (AAA Consumer Rules) in Larimer County, Colorado, on an individual basis. You may opt out within 30 days by writing to legal@arkalogy.com.
You may delete your account at any time within the App. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA. In the event of a conflict, these Terms govern to the extent permitted.
